From the M6 Motorway

Leave the M6 at Junction 19 (signposted Manchester) and at the roundabout take the 3rd exit onto Chester Road - A556 (signposted Manchester). At Mere Crossroads continue forward onto the A556 (signposted Manchester). Continue forward onto Chester Road - A556. At Bowdon roundabout take the 2nd exit onto Dunham Road - A56 (signposted Altrincham). Continue along this road passing through two sets of traffic lights and a pedestrian crossing (opposite Total Garage on your left). Around the next corner, bear into the right hand lane and turn right onto Victoria Street. You will pass Tabley Court on your right but need to drive to the next junction and turn right onto Stamford Street. The car park for Tabley Court is 100 yards on the right hand side.

From the M60 Motorway

Leave the M60 (Manchester Ring Road) at Junction 7 onto Chester Road (A56). Following signs for Altrincham/Sale, stay on A56 for approximately 6 miles eventually passing 'The Pelican' public house on the left and a Halfords store on left. Continue forward into Altrincham passing through the traffic lights at the Cresta Court Hotel. Take the next left onto Victoria Street. You will pass Tabley Court on your right but need to drive to the next junction and turn right onto Stamford Street. The car park for Tabley Court is 100 yards on your right hand side.

From the M56 Motorway

Leave the M56 at Junction 2. Take the 2nd exit at each of the following 3 roundabouts, in each case staying on the A560 - Altrincham Road, following signs for Altrincham. Stay on the A560 and go straight on through 2 sets of traffic lights. Passing Tesco on your left. Procede through the next set of traffic signals and at the next roundabout, take the 2nd exit onto Shaftesbury Avenue (still the A560). Stay on this road as it turns into Stockport Road and go straight on through 3 sets of traffic lights, passing “The Hare & Hounds” public house and Altrincham Golf Course on your left. Go over a "flyover" and bear left. Turning left at the lights, take the first right (Stamford Street) and follow the road round. Tabley Court (and the entrance to the car park) is 200m yards on your right hand side.

By Train/Metrolink From Manchester Piccadilly and Manchester Victoria

From Manchester Oxford Road Take the short walk from Oxford Road to Deansgate and take the Metrolink direct to Altrincham Metrolink Station. Upon leaving the platform via the main exit, turn right and exit the station heading away from the Town Centre. Crossing the main road, turn left at "Kelly's Irish Bar" and follow the road on it's incline. Turn left at the top and Tabley Court is on your right hand side.

By Air From Manchester Airport

From Manchester Airport: Take M56 towards Chester. Exit Junction 7 and follow slip road over the bridge, keeping in right hand lane. At the large Bowdon roundabout, turn right (3rd exit) onto Dunham Road (A56) signposted for Altrincham. Continue along this road passing through two sets of traffic lights and a pedestrian crossing (opposite Total Garage on your left). As you round the corner, bear right and turn into Victoria Street. You will pass Tabley Court on your right but must continue to the next road junction and turn right onto Stamford Street. The car park for Tabley Court is 100 yards on your right.
