They recognize that each company has an individual need and are able to provide a bespoke advisory service for employers and key staff. Due to their continued success they now have an immediate requirement for an Employment Law Advocate.
You will be working specifically within the Employment Law division and will be responsible for providing an Advocacy service to Managers, Directors and Company Owners. Representing your clients interests you will provide advice, recommendations and decisions on all manner of legalities within Employment Law, including misconduct, dismissal, harassment, equal ops, duty of care, disciplinary and grievance. You will be presenting these cases to Judges within hearings and tribunals describing the situation with a view to gaining a successful outcome.
Having had previous experience of managing and presenting your own Employment Law cases you will have a strong working knowledge of the Tribunal/Hearing format and be able to communicate effectively the position of your clients. You will be decision orientated and be able to ascertain from files/notes and cases the direction of an issue within specific timescales.

To be successful in this role you will be CIPD qualified, have good industry knowledge or be an experienced HR generalist. You must have good IT literacy, and be an effective communicator, working in collaboration with colleagues to deliver results.
