As a Managed Service supplier, we would act as a single point for all your recruitment needs whilst, at the same time, co-ordinating and managing any other suppliers who you believe are able to offer an excellent service. This system works and has huge advantages:
- Sales calls. We know that our clients get numerous recruitment calls a day. Whether done directly or via your switchboard, simply give the caller our details and we will handle it. No more listening to recruitment sales pitches!!!
- Only one point of contact for all communication. Whether it be to discuss a new role, arrange several interviews (that may be spread across different suppliers) or discuss invoices received, we can manage it all.
- No loss of delivery. Should you be reticent to rely on one supplier, our Managed Service gives you all the benefits attached to this, but with the peace of mind that several suppliers are working on your behalf.
- No replication. As all applications come via ourselves, you do not have the common problem of receiving duplicate CV’s. If there is any supplier dispute as to representation, we will deal with it.
- Supplier performance. We are able to document and measure supplier performance so you can be aware who is delivering and who is not. We can expand or reduce your supplier list with no impact to yourself and even recommend a specialist supplier for specific niche requirements.
