As an experienced consultant, you can progress quickly to managerial level whilst also having the opportunity to establish new business divisions and even launch new group brands. As a trainee, you will work alongside an experienced Consultant who not only has a proven track record in recruitment sales, but also in managing and mentoring trainee Consultants to the point where they can manage their own business and, eventually, their own team.
