At HR Recruitment Solutions, you will be given the best possible support in order to maximise both your earnings and your potential. This includes a new, bespoke database designed in conjunction with our most senior consultants, utilising all their experience of databases within the industry and supplementing this with additional updates and features. We believe that this makes our internal systems the best in the industry.
In addition, you will be given all the support required in terms of advertising. There are no restrictions here as to how many roles you may advertise at any one time and, with access to all the major recruitment sites in the UK, your ability to generate response will be maximised.
We also have a dedicated New Business Development (NBD) division. Their focus is to generate new business leads with a view to opening doors for our Consultants to walk through. Whilst the emphasis is on you to generate new business and establish long term client relationships, this is made a lot easier, and is supplemented by, our NBD function.
With a combination of "on the job" training and specific, tailored training sessions and seminars, you will be given all the assistance required to be a success.
