Working for a blue chip organisation, you will operate as an Internal Reward Consultant to the internal client groups as well as developing best practice policies, procedures and tools and contributing to the overall performance and reward agenda across multiple business areas and geographies.
Specialising in compensation, you will provide a performance and reward service to HR Directors, Business Partners and Line Managers. Contributing to the development of the reward strategy, you will ensure a high quality and consistent approach to reward management across the business areas and geographies, acting as a true consultant to line managers and HR in constructing reward packages. Furthermore, you will support the facilitation of career moves by working with your stakeholders in the appropriate setting of reward packages and contribute to the development of the performance and reward strategy, policy and practice.
