Submitting Your CV
Should you respond to an advertisement placed by HR Recruitment Solutions, make a speculative enquiry, or request that your details be registered with us, a relevant consultant will endeavour to contact you as soon as possible
As soon as HR Recruitment Solutions receives your CV, it will automatically be registered on our database and thus can be accessed by all our Consultants working in your market or geographical area
When spoken to about your CV, a Consultant will take details of your current situation in terms of your motivation for seeking a new role, current package/package sought, preferred location(s) and the sort of role you are looking for
Your CV will under no circumstances be forwarded to a client without your prior permission
Should we wish to put you forward for a role, you will be spoken to at length with regards to the specific position and, wherever possible, will be sent the official job specification as sent to us by the client
In all cases, you will be given full client details including their web address so as to gain an understanding of their business and the sectors they operate in - this is done on the agreement of strict confidentiality
