This market-leading organisation is currently seeking a HR & Training Advisor to join their existing team and provide an efficient and pro-active HR & Training service to assist the organisation in meeting demanding business objectives.
Role
Work with the management team to identify training needs through performance management and put together personnel development plans
Design and deliver training material to meet the needs of the individual and organisational goals
Source external funding and external training providers and manage the delivery of external training
Evaluate training across the business to measure return on investment taking into consider organisation objectives and costs
Provide advice to managers and employees on employee relations and policies and procedures
Manage the recruitment and induction processes for permanent and temporary positions
Person
With a certificate in training practice and ideally CIPD qualified you'll have experience of working in a fast paced commercial environment with experience of the full training cycle. From a HR background you'll be a self-starter used to presenting and influencing the management team and working to tight deadlines
